Focused Management, Inc. was awarded the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contracts (SPARC)
Focused Management, Inc. was awarded one of the highly competitive Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contracts (SPARC) on February 17, 2017, by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The objective of SPARC is to acquire performance based contract services for CMS and Health and Human Services Operating Divisions. The SPARC IDIQ is a five (5) year base with a five (5) year option and has a ten (10) year ceiling of 25 billion dollars.
